Unik Fam Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)

 

General Conditions 

  •   Only individuals aged 18 or above are eligible to join the Unik Fam Loyalty Program. The acceptance of membership is at the sole discretion of Unik Wellness Limited (“Unik”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)).
  •   Unik Fam membership is non-transferrable and may only be used by the member. 
  • If Unik believes that a member abuses the membership and offers, commits any misbehaviors, fraud or misuses points, or fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions, Unik may terminate or temporarily suspend the membership, withdraw offers and cancelall points and rewards of the member.
  • Membership is permanently valid during your lifetime, subject to the relevant validity periods, unless the member requests for withdrawal and submits an application for withdrawal or upon occurrence of other events where the membership should be terminated according to these Terms and Conditions.
  •   Unik Fam reserves the right to modify the structure, offers and other contents, including relevant terms and conditions, or to terminate the Unik Fam Loyalty Program. Although "Unik Fam Loyalty Program" will take appropriate action to inform members of changes regarding the "Unik Fam Loyalty Program" and/or these terms and conditions, members have the responsibility to check for the updated contents of the "Unik Fam Loyalty Program" and its terms and conditions. Members who use any of the services under the "Unik Fam Loyalty Program" are deemed to fully accept the changes. The "Unik Fam Loyalty Program" and/or "Unik Wellness Limited" shall bear no responsibility of any loss or damage resulting from the changes made to the "Unik Fam Loyalty Program" or these terms and conditions.

 

How do I join the Unik Fam Loyalty Program?

You can register an account in order to become a Unik Fam member. If your registration is successful, you will receive an SMS/Email to verify your account. Once your account is verified, you will become a Unik Fam member.

Customers who have signed up for an account will automatically join the Unik Fam Loyalty Program and earn points by making a purchase. 

 

Membership Tiers

Each membership tier has its specific validity period depending on your spending amount. Different tiers will enjoy different membership privileges during the relevant validity period of such tier of memberships. The specific privileges of each membership tier are subject to the latest information as updated on Unik’s official website from time to time.

 

  • Essential: You can become an Essential Member by completing the membership registration.
  •   Vital: After completing the membership registration and becoming an Essential Member, if you spend HKD$2,500 in aggregate in any consecutive 365 days, you will be automatically upgraded to a Vital Member on the date when the aforesaid accumulating consumptions is reached.
  •   Advanced: After completing the membership registration process and becoming an Essential Member, if you spend HKD$5,000 in aggregate in any consecutive 365 days, you will be automatically upgraded to an Advanced Member on the date when  the aforesaid accumulating consumptions is reached.
  •   Prestige: After completing the membership registration process and becoming an Essential Member, if you spend HKD$10,000 in aggregate in any consecutive 365 days, you will be automatically upgraded to a Prestige Member on the date when  the aforesaid accumulating consumptions is reached.

 

After successfully becoming a Vital Member, Advanced Member or Prestige Member, if by reason of any return or refund of goods or services stated in the purchase receipt the final member points falls below the specified aggregate consumption amount required to be a member of the relevant tier, the membership will be downgraded accordingly.

Membership points generated by malicious bills, purchases for non-consumption purposes and other illegal transactions are invalid. We have the discretion to cancel, invalidate, deduct or adjust the corresponding member points depending on the circumstances. 

 

Membership Validity Period 

  • The validity period for Vital/Advanced/Prestige Membership(s) is 365 days. Membership becomes valid from the date when such member becomes the respective tier of member. If the member has not accrued the required amount of consumption to progress to the next immediate membership tier or renew the current membership tier (except Essential Member) during each validity period, then the membership tier will be downgraded to the relevant membership tier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.   

 

 

 

 

 

For example, if a member becomes a Prestige Member on August 15, 2020, in the absence of a valid renewal, his/her Prestige Membership will expire on August 14, 2021. With effect from August 15, 2021, such member will be downgraded to an Advanced Member/Vital Member/Essential Member (as the case may be).

 

  •   Unless otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, validity period for Essential Members has no expiry date.

 

  •   Renewal and Restrictions
  •   Vital Membership Renewal: Vital Membership will be automatically renewed if a Vital Member spends  HKD$2,500 in aggregate during the validity period for the Vital Membership level. 
  •   Advanced Membership Renewal: Advanced Membership will be automatically renewed if an Advanced Member spends HKD$5,000 in aggregate during the validity period for the Advanced Membership level.  If an Advanced Member's total spending during the validity period for the Advanced Membership reaches HKD$2,500 but falls short of HKD$5,000, the Advanced Member will be automatically downgraded to Vital Member on the first day immediately following the expiration date of the original Vital Membership level.
  •   Prestige Membership Renewal: Prestige Membership will be automatically renewed if a Prestige Member spends HKD$10,000 in aggregate during the validity period for Prestige Membership level. if a Prestige Member's total spending during the validity period for the Prestige Membership reaches HKD$5,000 but falls short of HKD$10,000, the Prestige Member will be automatically downgraded to Advanced Member on the first day immediately following the expiration date of the original Advanced Membership level; if a Prestige Member's total spending during the validity period for the Prestige Membership reaches HKD$2,000 but falls short of HKD$5,000, the Prestige Member will be automatically downgraded to Vital Member on the first day immediately following the expiration date of the original Advanced Membership level.
  •   If a Vital/Advanced/Prestige Member’s accumulating consumptions during the validity period of the respective Membership level does not reach HKD$2,500, he/she will be automatically downgraded to Essential Member on the first day immediately following the expiration date of the original Membership level.

For example, if a member becomes a Prestige Member on August 15, 2020, his/her accumulating consumptions reaches HKD$5,000 within the period from August 15, 2020 to August 14, 2021, his/her Prestige Membership will be automatically renewed on August 15, 2021. The renewed Prestige Membership will be valid from August 15, 2021 to August 14, 2022; if his/her accumulating consumptions within the period from August 15, 2020 to August 14, 2021 reaches HKD$5,000 but falls short of HKD$10,000, he/she will be automatically downgraded to Advanced Member from August 15, 2021, the Advanced Membership is valid from August 15, 2021 to August 14, 2022.

 

How do I earn Unik Fam Loyalty Program points?

  • You will earn 1 point for every HK$1 of spending if you are an Essential/Vital/Advanced/Prestige Member. Delivery costs are excluded. Eligible points are calculated based on the actual purchase amount displayed upon checkout (deducting any discounts).
  • Points will be credited to your membership account within 5-7 working days from the date of delivery.

 

How do I use/redeem Unik Fam Loyalty Program points? How many Unik Fam Loyalty Program rewards can I redeem each time?

  • You can select and redeem rewards at the Reward Zone once you have accumulated sufficient points.
  • Rewards refer to single-use promo codes, which can be applied for discounts or gift redemptions.
  • Promo codes can be applied upon checkout during your next purchase.
  • When redeeming a reward (e.g. free product, discounts  or free shipping), a discount code will be generated. Discount code is only for online usage.
  • Discount code is valid for 24 hours upon issuance, points will not be refunded if the code expires and you have not redeemed your reward.
  • Each discount code can only be used once. A maximum of 5 different discount codes can be used for each checkout.
  • Discount code will only be displayed at checkout pages (e.g. if you have chosen a reward & click "Confirm" and then “Apply”, you will be redirected/please go to cart page. At this moment you will still not be able to see the discount code, until you reached the checkout pages where you are required to fill in shipping address).
  • If multiple promotions are applicable for the same product, system may calculate and process one/some of them depending on the calculation logic.
  • Discount code deductions are based on products at discounted price.
  • At max 5 different discount codes for each checkout.
  • Unik Wellness Limited reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • In case of any dispute, Unik Wellness Limited reserves the right for final decision.

If you want to redeem 1 free product reward, please follow below steps:

1) Login “My Account” > click “Use my points”

2) Within “Get rewards” > click “Use my points”


3) Assume your cart is empty & you want to redeem: “Free product A”

3.1) click the point button on “Free product A” > click “Confirm” > click “Apply” > go to cart

3.2) now, cart should contain product A at its original price* > click “Check Out” > see “Delivery options” page > click “Continue to checkout” > see “Shipping address” page

3.3) Please ensure discount code is applied at checkout > continue to proceed



If you want to redeem 1 discount/ free shipping reward, please follow below steps:

1) Login “My Account” > click “Use my points”

2) Within “Get rewards” > click “Use my points”


3) Assume your cart is empty & you want to redeem: “5% OFF”

3.1) click the point button on “5% OFF” > click “Confirm” > click “Apply” > go to cart

3.2) now, cart should still be empty, please add a product inside and you will see it is still displaying at its original price* >click “Check Out” > see “Delivery options” page > click “Continue to checkout” > see “Shipping address” page

3.3) Please ensure discount code is applied at checkout > continue to proceed



If you want to redeem more than 1 reward within the same checkout, please follow below steps:

1) Login “My Account” > click “Use my points”

2) Within “Get rewards” > click “Use my points”

3) Assume your cart is empty & you want to redeem: “Free product A”+“Free product B”+“Free Shipping”

3.1) click the point button on “Free product A” > click “Confirm” > click “Apply” > DO NOT go to cart while please jot down the discount code

3.2) repeat steps 1-2 back to “Use my points” page > click the point button on “Free product B” > click “Confirm” > click “Apply” > DO NOT go to cart while please jot down the discount code

3.3) repeat steps 1-2 back to “Use my points” page > click the point button on “Free Shipping” > click “Confirm” > click “Apply” > go to cart page

3.4) now, cart should contain product A & B at their original price* > click “Check Out” > see “Delivery options” page > click “Continue to checkout” > see “Shipping address” page

3.5) Please input all the 3 discount codes at checkout > continue to proceed

*Note: Discount code will only be displayed at checkout pages (e.g. if you have chosen a reward & click "Confirm" and then “Apply”, you will be redirected/please go to cart page. Is there a valid period for the Unik Fam Loyalty Program points?

  •   The Unik Fam Loyalty Program points are valid for 365 days upon the date  the points are earned. Earned points can only be accumulated and redeemed within the valid period. Points that are not redeemed within the valid period will automatically become invalid and cannot be used. 
  •   Members have the responsibility to monitor their membership and points expiry. All points will become invalid after the expiry date. In case of any disputes, our records of the member’s points balance shall be final and conclusive.

How do I check the balance of my Unik Fam Loyalty Program points?

You can check the balance of points earned, how to earn points, how to redeem rewards, your reward redemption records and promo codes on the Unik Fam Loyalty Program page after logging into your account.

Are Unik Fam Loyalty Program points transferrable/exchangeable for cash?

Unik Fam Loyalty Program points are not exchangeable/redeemable for cash and are non-transferrable. Points cannot be co-used or shared within accounts of the same member.

Is there a valid period for the Unik Fam Loyalty Program membership?

Your membership will be valid throughout the Unik Fam Loyalty Program. Unik Wellness Limited reserves the right and in its sole discretion, to terminate the Unik Fam Loyalty Program without prior notice or interpretation to its members. In case Unik Fam Loyalty Program is terminated, all rights and privileges possessed by its members will cease. Members shall not or cannot file any claims or requests to Unik Wellness Limited with regards to any natures or results that arise or may arise from the termination of the program.

 

Unik Fam Loyalty Program Rewards

Are all Unik Fam Loyalty Program Rewards fixed?

  •   rewards will be updated from time to time, with limited quantities and while supplies last.
  •   We will try to provide the redeemed reward within a reasonable period of time, depending on the nature of the reward. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to request the member to select alternative reward options in the event that the redeemed reward is not available or not deliverable.

How can I check the redeemed promo codes?

You can redeem rewards by viewing "Use my points" tab or check your redeemed promo codes which have not been used on the “See my rewards” tab on the Unik Fam Loyalty Program page. You can also click on the “Apply” button to use the offer. 

Are Unik Fam Loyalty Program promo codes transferrable?

You are recommended to use the promo codes yourself to avoid any misuse of the codes.

Are Unik Fam Loyalty Program rewards returnable/refundable?

Once the reward is redeemed, it cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for other rewards or products.

Can Unik Fam Loyalty Program points be redeemed immediately after purchase?

Points will be delivered to your membership account 5-7 working days after the order has been fulfilled. Customers can redeem the rewards once the  points are delivered to the account.

Under what circumstance will my loyalty points be deducted? Why does my loyalty points become negative?
Under normal circumstances, points will be deducted when used for redemption. If there is any cancelled or refunded transaction in your account after deducting the relevant points, Unik Wellness Limited will make adjustments on the points earned from the transaction. If the points in your account is less than the adjustment, it would show a negative point credit.
For example:

  • You currently hold 2,000 points in your Unik Fam Loyalty Program membership account. After making a purchase of HK$8,000 online, your point balance will become 10,000.
  • If you redeem a 15% OFF discount code worth 1,500 points, your point balance will be reduced by 1,500 and you will have 8,500 remaining. 
  • If you redeem a FREE PRODUCT REWARD discount code worth 1,000 points, your point balance will be reduced by 1,000 and you will have 7,500 remaining. 
  • If due to any circumstances, your credit card transaction has been cancelled (for the HK$8,000 online purchase), the HK$8,000 will be refunded to your credit card and the point balance will be reduced by 8,000. Your point balance will become -500. 

 

What should I do when my point balance is negative? 

The new points you earn will be used to offset the negative points until the balance becomes positive in your member account. 

Example: 

  • If your current loyalty point balance is -3,000. And you earn 3,000 new points by spending HK$3,000 in Unikcare.co online shop. These newly earned loyalty points will be used to offset -3,000 point balance. Thus, the point balance will become 0 in your account page. The point balance will then become positive following further purchases.

 

Educational Program

The Educational Discount Program is designed for students, teachers, and academic staff of educational institutions. We offer a 10% discount on products purchased online from unikcare.co. 

 

  • Eligibility: The Educational Discount Program is open to current students, teachers and academic staff who have a valid educational institution email address (e.g., .edu or .ac).
  • Registration: Eligible participants must register with their educational institution email address and upload a proof of their status (student card, teacher identification, or staff identification).
  • Verification: Upon successful verification of their status, eligible participants will receive an email notification of their acceptance to the Educational Discount Program.
  • Usage: The discount can be used on any purchases on the Unikcare.co E-shop, excluding delivery costs.
  • Discount: The 10% discount is not stackable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promo codes.
  • Transferability: The Educational Discount is non-transferable and should only be used by the registered member. Misuse of the discount may result in the suspension or termination of the discount privileges.
  • Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Educational Discount Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Expiry: The Educational Discount is valid for 365 days from the date of approval. To continue enjoying the discount, members must re-verify their status annually.

 

Privacy Policy

  •   Unik uses the information you provide and share to enhance our services and your experience. Unik respects the privacy of its Members. Please see our “Privacy Policy” at https://www.unikcare.co/policies/privacy-policy regarding the collection, use and protection of your personal data by Unik Wellness Limited, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. You must read the Privacy Policy carefully before you become a Member and use Member Services. By using our member services, you are deemed to have consented to the use and protection of your personal data by Unik in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy), please stop using the Member Services immediately.

 

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with  Hong Kong law.

 

Miscellaneous

  • Unik reserves the final right to suspend, modify or terminate these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of Unik shall be final.
  •   Any dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions  shall be settled by amicable and faithful negotiation between you and Unik to the extent possible. In the absence of gross negligence, Unik reserves the final right of decision on such dispute or controversy. If the negotiation fails, such disputes or controversy shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of a court with competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong.
  •   If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any part in any provision of these Terms and Conditions  is determined as illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision or such part will be deemed to be severed from the other provisions or other parts in the relevant provision, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions  or the remaining part of the relevant provisions shall not be affected.

 

Language

If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
